But more important, its the Lolo Factor that worries me. Dammit, there are a whole bunch of people on the Bush Level, educated or not.

How could they defend a rambling, incoherent, evasive speech and Q&A session like we just saw tonight?

Everyone heard the reporter who asked twice "Why do you and Cheney have to go to the commission together" and they heard Bush's non-answer. He didn't even try the usual tactic of making up some high-falutin reason like "executive privilege".

Americans know lying and evasion. There's nothing anyone can to do defend this sort of speech. Nothing he said made any sense, and his body language was so shifty and uncomfortable and dishonest.

When there are people who WANT a global confrontation to prove the Apocolypse, there's no use looking for any semblance of rationality.
