Kerry campaign......I have that on tape, in case you missed it

Flip

"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. It is our number one priority and we will not rest until we find him."
- G.W. Bush, 9/13/01

"I want justice...There's an old poster out West, as I recall, that said, 'Wanted: Dead or Alive,'"
- G.W. Bush, 9/17/01, UPI

Flop

"I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."
- G.W. Bush, 3/13/02

"I am truly not that concerned about him."
- G.W. Bush, repsonding to a question about bin Laden's whereabouts,
3/13/02 (The New American, 4/8/02)

5. probably does 'mean it' ..even when he's lying I don't think George
Bush knows the difference any more. And those that love him thinks that why he is so great..the more rhetoric he comes out with the more they love it and ignore the results of his foolhardy actions.

I think they're living in a John Wayne movie..all swagger and macho talk but nothing resembling reality.

6. yep.....just like Reagan, who talked about his exploits during WWII
when he NEVER left California!

people did not CARE

remember when he told the Israeli PM, I think (somebody from Israel, anyway), that he was at one of the DEATH CAMPS, when they liberated it?

nobody CARED!

can you imagine what they'd done to Gore for that?

7. like this?
"One thing is for certain, though, about me, and the world has learned this: When I say something, I mean it."

May 23, 2002: President Bush says he is opposed to establishing an independent commission to probe 9/11.

I guess he should have said "When I say something, I mean it....unless it might cost me the election"

8. exactly.....and if Kerry is smart........jury out on that....he'll base
his campaign on stuff like that, accentuating the fact that he's a LIAR AND a waffler, meaning that he's the WORST kind of "leader," which is a faux leader, like the first lemming over the cliff

now, here's a smart man

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A9997-2004Apr13.html

"When I say something, I mean it," George W. Bush said decisively near the end of last night's prime-time presidential news conference. Nobody called out, "When will you say something?" -- the White House press corps is too mannerly for that -- but some reporters, and some viewers, must have been thinking it.

he knows a hook when he sees it, doesn't he?

11. unfortunately, he sucks HARD at the end.....what a chicken-hearted
copout!!!!

And yet people responding to polls today will probably give Bush points for just showing up. By having so few televised news conferences, he's made the ones he does have into big events. By expressing tremendous confidence in his own judgment and actions, even to the point of not being able to recall a single mistake, it's likely Bush made Americans feel a renewed confidence as well.

10. There is so much fodder in this speech of Bush's
It's going to be very interesting to see what the talented left does with this speech and press conference over the next few days.

12. really......did they do this out of desperation, or.......
hubris?

I can't figure it out

they're so brazen about everything, even when you know they know they're in deep cess

OH......Forgot

they know the mainstream media will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS pull them out, clean it up, deodorize, sanitize his words, make him look presentable, so one can't even believe one's own lying eyes

they're so good at it, but I only hope that the real HELL that will surely take over in Iraq will make it just as obvious as Tet did that there IS no light at the end of the tunnel, no light but the train coming at that sorry, lying halfwit

I HOPE

"Talked about the handover of the government of Iraq and how
that now depends upon what the UN decides. Pointed out that
this is a flip flop on this Administration's view of the UN."
