US spy chiefs to testify on 9/11
The heads of the CIA and FBI are set to testify before the commission studying the 11 September attacks on Wednesday.
The evidence of CIA chief George Tenet and FBI director Robert Mueller comes a day after an official report accused the FBI of failing to act on terrorism.

On Tuesday, the top US legal official said the policies of the Clinton administration made it difficult to act against Osama Bin Laden.

Attorney General John Ashcroft said the US had "blinded itself to its enemies".

"The old national intelligence system in place on 11 September was destined to fail," he told the bipartisan commission investigating the attacks.
