Wait! Don't flame me! This is not to suggest that Kerry would not fight terrorism to the fullest! It's just that the impression I've gotten from the hearings is that politics trumps practicality in Washington and the Republican malAdministration will do everything it can to thwart handing over information to Kerry. Each time we've been hit, it has been during a transition:

March, 1993--as Clinton was getting his bearings

October, 2000--as a new administration would be taking over (not known at that time whether it would be dem or repub, but the transition would have made retaliation unlikely at best)

September, 2001--Chimpy on vacation in his first year, his malAdministration totally out to lunch or busy handing out $350 checks and talking about Star Wars defense.

It just seems to me that Al Qaeda doesn't even need to be that sophisticated to see when our weakest times occur. Given that the malAdministration would be angry over a loss, they would be unlikely to hand over all pertinent info so they can say "I told you so" when an attack occurs.

1. Al CIAda will attack when the Power Elite tell them to.
It was MIHOP.

It has nothing to do with percieved vulnerability. It is all about the Hegelian manipulations of the sheeple by the Power Elite.

2. He'll likely be attacked
from all sides, not just Al Qaeda. If and when he does get in, the first order of business on the part of the neocons will be to neutralize him. But more to your question, chimpy has virtually guaranteed that there will be more terrorism on out shores. A new generation of terrorists is being born in Iraq as we speak. There will be hell to pay for our invasion.

3. Watch for some "militia"-type try to assassinate Kerry if
Diebold malfunctions in November and Kerry wins.

I always say that Osama wouldn't have had to fly planes into the WTC in 2001 if Gore was installed as President in 12/2000. This country would have been in a civil war (if not blatant takeover) by the NRA-led "president-reject" Bush.

4. Depends
on how many of these treasonous bastards we can prosecute & take out of circulation.

The real threat is from within.
