GOP Employee Who Filed Bias Complaint Is Fired

TAMPA - The Florida Republican Party has fired a black worker who filed a racial discrimination complaint involving her job.

Nadia Naffe of Tampa, formerly the GOP's Southwest Florida field representative, contends she was the state party's only black employee

Naffe filed her Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint March 15, alleging unjustified, hostile treatment by her supervisor, Terry Kester, the party's development director. She had outlined her allegations in a March 9 memo to the party's general counsel, Robert Sechen.

In an interview, Naffe said Kester used insulting language, including racial slurs and slurs against a homosexual colleague. ``He got mad that I wouldn't laugh along,'' Naffe said. ``When I reported it, nothing would happen.''

So, the Busheviks first thougth when this woman brought her complaint was to go through her past life and discredit her, the Totalitarian Bootlicking Fucks, just like if they were in the Soviet Union (which in their minds, these Bushevik American Taliban Bastards ARE...a Free-Market Theocratic Soviet Union).

Of course it's retribution. The Bushevik TRANSPARENT LIE (yeah, we see through you Piles of Bushevik Shit!) that this isn't retributional is as "funny' as the WMD Lie, the Tax Lies, the 9/11 Lies or any of the MANY OTHER LIES!

I believe in and support this woman. Note how she and the prof worked it out amicably and both agreed to drop it.

Note how the Tampa Trib gives the Lion's Share of article space to the Bushevik Scum and their little Character Assassination.

Florida, being a right-to-work state with at-will employment, makes it very easy to get rid of someone--you can throw anyone out on their ear for any reason at any time. Certainly there are some rules; you can't fire someone just because they're black, just because they're a woman or just because they're ugly*. But generally, if I walk into the shop one day and decide I don't want Joe working there anymore, I can get rid of him in a RTW state without much worry of a wrongful-termination lawsuit.

So this "process of firing" sounds like a way to cover the fact they fired the woman for being black.

* There are some situations where physical attractiveness is part of the job description--who ever heard of an ugly model? But if they were ugly when you hired them and they're no uglier now, someone will ask why they were hired in the first place.

Lying comes very easily to Bushevik Swine. It's part of their "job description".

Anyone that gets in their way they try and run over.

It's all about power for them...truth, well truth be damned.
