This says he was arrested on the 13th:

2. probably refering to his aide in Baghdad that was arrested yesterday

Sadr's been nowhere near Baghdad recently as far as I know, and seeing how the Army is surrounding Najaf with over 3,000 soldiers I don't think it would be very easy for him to make the trip.
