anyone else see that last night?
in response to a question about reforms to the intelligence community,
he said "freedom is the Almighty's gift to every man and woman in this world"
and when he says "Almighty" his hand gestures back to himself, pointing just above his head and down through his body.

it was remarkably telling and scary, even for Shrubby
