I kinda wonder about this.

Glue sniffing.. Bush dosen't drink that we know of or do any
designer type drugs. But take it from an old(65) sniffer.
The man is sniffing glue. Its the only explanation for last
nights performance. Rumor has it that the scripting for Bush
was done Probono by Hunter S. Thompson.

My couch-potato Lady Friend & I settled in with a couple of stiff tequilas to watch our prez perform…
The prez enters:

LF: "What’s with his hair? Looks like he just got out of bed."

I: "Hair? Get a load of that tie! Somebody is going to lose their job over that one.
..Wonder if whats-her-face picked it out?"

LF: " Whats-her-face?"

I: "Yeah, you know the uh, whatacall, First Lady."

LF: "More likely Cheany."

LF: "Is he trying to hypnotize us with it?"

Well if he was the tie didn’t work and neither did his opening monologue.
After which we poured two extra stiff tequilas for the Q&A.
