Attention Dallas area DU'ers - Halliburton Action 4/15 12:00noon to 2:00pm

Dear Mods,

Please forgive, I have this posted in Activism forum, but it seems to get missed alot. I'm helping to organize this event and would love to have anyone from DU come and join and also help us to spread the word. If you are not in the area but know someone who is, please get the word to them.

There are going to be a few speakers and a political rock band from Dallas called "Halliburton", I hear they are quite good (one of members is actually a prof of poly sci & gov't at major univ in Dallas).

Unfortunately, I can't leave work and come over to Dallas. :-( Really feel bad but I'd sure like to act out at Halliburton!

Can you let them know? Oh, and by the way, this is just the 1st of a weekly vigil we are going to hold in front of Halliburton all summer long............. Can you imagine noon to 2:00 in July on a Friday afternoon on BeltLine in Carrollton. I must have been on drugs when I said yes, I'll help!
