Did all the witnesses make the same case about why FBI failed ??

There were lack of funds. How many said as much? ANd most of the cuts were in the 1990's under Bill Clinton. Of course, last I heard, he CIA was getting about $30 billion on the black budget. $30 billion! That's a lot mooli....maybe they could give a few bucks to the FBI?

the memo also gave Clinton a blowjob in the oval office and is hiding the Weapons of Mass Destruction. I heard it on the forum so it must be true.
