Osama bin Laden attacking Haliburton and the liar in the White House
Edited on Thu Apr-15-04 12:29 PM by KurtNilsen
This war earns millions of dollars for big companies, whether those who manufacture weapons or those involved in reconstruction such as Halliburton and its sisters and daughters. And it becomes very clear who benefits from igniting the fires of this war and bloodshed, it is the traders of war, the bloodsuckers who run the policy of the world from behind a curtain.

<snip>

Based on this, and to deprive war traders of opportunities, and in response to the positive reactions reflected in recent events and public polls showing that most European people want a truce, I urge the faithful, especially scholars, clerics and traders to establish a permanent committee to build awareness among Europeans of the justice of our causes, foremost Palestine, and make use of the vast media resources

<snip>

Rational people do not risk their security, money and sons to appease the White House liar.

<snip>

What do you think? :-)

On edit: Changed title from Osama bin Laden a DUer, because someone found it objectionable.

1. link?
:shrug:

you needn't be a DUer to know the truth. OBL lives among people who are on the receiving end of a whole lot of bullshit from the 'west'. They don't need to dig around on the net to know they're being robbed.

2. Well, even a broken clock is right twice a day
It's not hard to see that there's some major war profiteering going on in Iraq.

4. Osama playing his queen.
It doesn't change the fact that he killed 3,000 of our citizens in this global chess game before this tactic.

5. Was Chairman Mao a Sears shopper ? ...
Didnt Stalin like Chevrolet cars ? ...

SHEEEESH ...

WHY diminish US, DUers, with tortured and twisted associations to KNOWN amoral thugs ? ... OBL is a MASS MURDERER, are DUers purveyors of Mass Murder ?? ... not in ANY way ...

Hey ! ... Did YOU know that Hitler wore pants ? ... HEY: I wear pants too .... AMAZING similarities ! ...

I swear: we have met the enemy, and the enemy is US ! ...

EXTREME non sequitur fallacy ...

STOP insulting us ...

8. I didn't try to insult you. I am a DUer. I was just amazed at what
seemed like somewhat sensible talk from Osama.

18. Right and Wrong ...
Nearly ALL societies present a code of behavior that are in many ways concordant ... nevertheless: Osama Bin Laden is ENEMY NUMBER ONE ...

Didnt you know that ??? ..

I could care LESS about how he may have said what you have termed 'sensible' .. it is a RIDICULOUS notion to presume such 'sensibility' as a cause to have him join our little tea party here in DU ...

To say such a thing about DU: that DU and Osama bin Laden 'think the same way', is simply absurd ... and to actually present such an association here ... geeeez ....

Our detractors on the right often say WE support terrorists, even though we do not: they cannot distinguish between REAL admiration for such a cruel and dangerous man like OBL, and stupid comments like this which NEEDLESSLY create a false connection between such a heinous criminal and the good people of DU ....

Though we also have arms, legs, two eyes, ten toes and some stubble, JUST LIKE OSAMA BIN LADEN, we do NOT admire him : we DESPISE him ...

Osama Bin Laden is a fucking criminal who murdered 3000 innocent human beings ... he doesnt deserve your praise, and he CERTAINLY shouldnt be associated with DU ....

20. I am sorry if I offended you. That was certainly not my intention.
I do think you are a tad too sensitive though.

9. I think Osama was talking sense here. That was my point.
The title I thought was slightly humorous.

10. I'm sure Max Cleland found the comparison slightly humorous too.
My goodness, to quote Rumsfeld - you should be ashamed of yourself.

7. No, he just came to the conclusion about Bush/House of Saud that other
folks the world over have come to. He's not an uneducated person and in fact is probably very bright.

One doesn't need to be a DU'er to realize our foreign policy for decades has resulted in world turmoil and resentments.

Who knows, he may have a family fixation just like the Chimp does. His poppy was a very wealthy man who did business with the Bush's just as his brothers and sisters did.

He obviously had a different view of the relationship than the rest of his family.

Are the comments on this thread a continuation of a discussion elsewhere on DU?

If not, then I am frankly rather amazed at some of the comments.
