Anyone hear the phony Iraqi on Rush Limbaugh today.

I happened to tune into Rush while in my car today (i usually stop by his trash just to hear what the ditto issue of the day is). A man identifying himself as an Iraqi called in or at least was on the line. He was railing against Al-Jazeera and asking where was Al-Jazeera when Saddam was killing his people and when Saddam invaded Kuwait and that people should not believe anything Al-Jazeera says. Rush was of course agreeing with him. Just to show you how fake this was, I don't think that Al-Jazeera was in existence before 1995. Correct me if I am wrong. A real Iraqi would know this and Rush should be ashamed of himself...ok, I know he has no shame...just drop it.

so naturally the 'talking point' will be to discredit them

with stupid dittoheads, you gotta refute it even if it is a pathetic lie.

I would just say, "Why weren't the Republicans in the Reagan administration condemning Saddam while he was committing these horrible acts? Better yet, why were they supporting him?"

I didn't spend much time there, just enough to hear this caller, I admit, I turned to another satation before this caller had finished.

what do you expect? yesterday it was crying democrat woman calling about how poor chimpy was beat up by those nasty reporters.

was Ron. Ron from Iraq. Fishy?....Yeah, I'd say so. He sounded like he had a southern drawl. He's probably from down by Kuwait.

Like today, so I tuned in the drug-abuser/trafficker awhile.
What I heard him say that made me grip the steering wheel a little tighter was his rant about Osama's new audio tape. He was saying how whenever the "islamics" call for a cease-fire what it really means is "we'll get you later". He even said the root of the phrase "cease-fire" had it's origins in Islam. He didn't say "terrorists", he said ISLAMICS. More than once, obviously letting his true feelings be known.

The wingnut media whores know their followers are idiots and will repeat anything they hear on the show.
