Ken Starr's law firm is representing Liu (to shut AAR from Chicago and LA)
Seder said it today on MR.

2. why is there no official update on AAR?
I would think they should at least have an official press release...any more news about when AAR will be back on in LA? with a heavy-hitter like Ken Starr it doesn't sound good.

on the west coast through Portland station stream...I am glad to hear they are mentioning this. I would love to help out somehow too! This is WRONG! such a blatant attack by the right wing to shut down liberal media.

it would seem that AA was paying to be on the air and they were on the air. So why did they stop payment?

They said he was also charging someone else - "double dipping" they called it. What was it they suffered as a result of anything liu did before they stopped payment on his check? Was it a matter of square footage? Keys and locks?
