Does Spain still have troops in Afghanistan?

A righty friend has been ripping on Spain for "giving up on the war on terror" and I was hoping to come back w/ some information on this.

The same folks also like to rip the French, but negate the fact that they've been w/ us in Afghanistan all along...

All of us need to repeat that over and over and over until it starts to sink into their brains.
