Um, soldiers in Iraq have to run in 110 degrees every fucking day and they have to wear heavy gear on top of that. Let's put aside the lethal risk too. They eat only once a day.

3. I have to admit--though I hate every other thing about the guy--

that he is in good shape. Seven minute miles for three miles is damn good. The doctors said he had only 14 percent body fat and that is also very good.

Plus he's pushing 60 . . . the man really works at it.

I used to run cross country and the two-mile (track), and I have to really push it to hit 3 miles in 30 minutes, and I'm ten years YOUNGER than Bush.
