NEO COUNTER-CULTURE: Draft will rock American youth

In My political Sci class the professor asked who would dodge if they reinstated the draft. Half the hands went up. If this is the feeling of American youth in general then we are in for another counter culture folks. Most of the class doesnt even know why were there (Except the "Conservative" kids, whose reasoning changes with the prevailing winds). Radicalism will be the song of the day. Were in for a ride!

If the U.N. won't help, it is then either pull the troops out again or revise the draft. Those are the only 2 options. Either way it's bad. And Kerry would have to be the fall guy for all of it. That's if the United Nations doesn't come in to help.

Iraq is a massive mistake and we shouldn't be there. No matter when we leave the end result will be the same. Bloody chaos. If we pull out sooner than later we might avoid having a generation of radicalised, messed up youth.

it's generally not the kids in college who end up drafted...if you asked this question to a broader group of people you might be disenchanted with the numbers of "if the army needs more people they'll have to bring back the draft" "the US is fighting for freedom" blah blah blah

Kids will stand up rather than die. Especially when they see how messed up the ones coming back are. My son is already talking about going to Costa Rica.
