CNN is shameful....
They are showing "body language" of Bush/Kerry... Of course Bush is doing everything right and Kerry is doing everything wrong...what crap!!! they showed the Bush "I can't think of any mistakes" face and she said - he looks thoughtful and earnest...oh right... He looked like a moron lost for words!!!

It's like sleeping in sewage and complaining about the smell...

3. you have to write-off MOST of CNN now

it is virtually a 24/7 bushwhore machine.

wolf, judy, candy and the rest don't even need the kneepads anymore. they've built up an inch of callous on those knees.

Lou Dobbs still has strong moments. but, the daily coverage is loathsome whoring for the insipid chimp

24. And that says something, since Dobbs was never hard on..
corporations like Enron. He's never been a friend of liberals, yet he's looking to be among the best. x(

I like Christiane Amanpour, but has she left?

26. I read somewhere that Amanpour spoke up saying they were afraid to
tell the truth about what they were seeing in Iraq! It sounded as if they were almost threatened with being fired...Perhaps that's why we don't see her any more...Sorry I don't have any links...It was a while back...Perhaps someone else saw it too?

25. People wonder where the 50% of the population who support Bush
get their Kool-Aid from.
Imagine where his support would be without propaganda arms like Fox, conservative talk radio and CNN.

Does anyone have a list of their sponsors? CNN doesn't care about us - but they care about their sponsors.

You dont think they already thought of that? Their sponsors dont sell anything that you can buy, unless you are in the market for Oil piplines, Power plants, Telephone system infrastructure, or fighter jets.

5. CNN is more than shameful...
They are just plain foolish. No substance, lies, right-wing repeats of false accusations - but plenty of this "horse-race" nonsense. Body language???? George Bush is destroying the country and they want to talk about body language??

Well, its old but I never get enough of this:

15. Don't
think such bad thoughts, MS-NBC is so much worse than CNN, but Fox news takes the cake for the most biased and false reporting.

37. Check for CBC
If you live near the Canadian border, have Direct TV, or, in some places, Comcast Cable, you should watch the Canadian news. Of course, you might have to tolerate some in depth reporting. ;) I find that even their investigative reporting on Canadian-only stories is so good, that it's worth watching (especially on labor strikes and environmental issues, so you can compare and contrast what we get!)

The National (which is like the 5 o'clock national news in the US) is great. It's on Channel 99 on Comcast in Seattle at 11pm, and Direct TV ch366 (NWI) at 8:30 and 11 pm.

Also, BBC news is on BBC America and BBC Canada in the late afternoon.

Susan

All I know is that some fundies made a ruckus about channels they didn't want, and had it done.

I know that technically it is possible.

It probably needs some effort on their part, so I guess you need to make enough of a stinkus.

See if you can get some neighbors or people who live in the same area to join you.
