I see Herbert Hoover as almost a Republican Jimmy Carter. His presidency was unsuccessful, but he was a renowned humanitarian and a man off many interests and achievements.

Nixon or Shrub.

Nixon..termanal sweat, jowls, 5 o'clock shadow, wears dress clothes bowling, on the beach, to football games, looks like he's about to stick the knife in your back at all times.

Shrub...looks like a chimp.

I guess it's Shrub.
