Regardless of whether you believe the democrats have done enough, the charge that "the democrats have done nothing" or asking (daily) "where are the democrats" is ludicrous.

If A Democrat Stands Up In Public And Shouts and DU critics of the democrats don't hear or notice, has he or she actually done it?

Unless the Dems happens to say something like "we are not safer with Saddam captured." Then the media jumps on that Dem and questions his/her sanity and fitness for elected office.

I watch C-Span a lot and I hear lots of dems asking hard questions but it never shows up on the "news" channels

wouldnt the best place for that response be in the actual thread itself? I applaud Q's thread starter, believe it ask very real questions and wonder why wyldwolf didnt respond above within the context of that thread?

Who controls the House?

Answer that question and you'll understand that impeachment isn't a real option at this point.

civics classes were for naught. How many Democrats are calling for impeachment of Bush and Cheney? How many Democrats are calling for the resignation of Rumpsfeld, Wolfowitless, Condi and the rest?

here i am 42 and i now realize, before this board i have never been around a lot of democrats. when i lived in liberal areas the people i was around didnt do politics, and now i have for 15 years lived in a really conservative place and i am the only, yes only liberal i know.

in listening to those n the board, i am getting how we cannot come together, we all wnat exactly what we want adn if we dont get we yell at the nominee and say we arent going to support. that is kinda wussy

and childish and not the way the world works. reminds me of a business, and some kid that doesnt even know how to work, putting their self interest and worth way beyond where it should be

i feel good where we are in this election and all the data we have to put out yet adn the time we have to do it.

Though I agree that democrats need to be criticised for various things, there is a very selfish "all or nothing" crowd on this board when it comes to their personal political idealogy that I feel the need to respond to when the opportunity presents itself. And the opportunity presents itself here often.

One of the reasons the rightwing has been so successful is that there isn't this petty infighting we witness here.
