For most of the people, it probably doesn't, atleast to any real extent, but does it make you look twice at someone if they are atheist, or cristian, or buddhist, or shintoism, or toaist, or agnostic, or humanistic, or any other concievable religion?
For me It would make respect that person a little bit more if they were an atheist, but I proably wouldn't be more inclined to ignore their deamons or anything like that. I wouldn't like them just because of that. The only way it would ever matter is if I was torn between two people, and couldn't decide on the person. Instead of leaving it up to randomness, if I found out one was atheist, and one was ________ then I would go for the atheist one. But I don't forsee this happening anytime soon. But I might specifically not vote for them if they were a fundie, or had radical religious veiws.
I know alot of the conservatives like bust because he is so religious, I've talked to some, and they say that's one of the reasons they initially considered him to be quality. I didn't think this applied to liberals, but only because it doesn't apply to me and I'm liberal. Does religious belief effect you in any way?
