Need your help (especially if you are a diehard CLINTON fan)

Last Year, October last year to be precise, President Clinton went to England and gave a speech in front of the Labor Party in Blackpool. I saw that speech on CSPAN and have been looking for it on the net ever since.

I wrote to CSPAN to see if I could get a copy but have gotten no response. Anyone know where I might be able to get...HELL EVEN BUY a video of that speech?

I NEED THAT VIDEO...It's probabbly one of the most eloquent, frank, goosebump creating speeches I've heard from Clinton...other than this one:

"I am Clin-Ton. As overlord you will all bow to me or your puny planet will be destroyed...(crosses arms over chest)...end communication"
