WE are under occupation
we have been attacked, by a malevolent crew of thugs, and we are currently under the occupation of a hostile government which has invaded OUR nation, from within. we allowed the whole slow motion catastrophe to happen, right under our noses.

most of us haven't snapped out of our shock over 9-11, exactly as predicted. but we are under occupation, just the same.

we, the people will only regain our nation when we physically TAKE IT BACK from the maniacs.

no predictions, no expert opinion, just saying, only then, will we get it back. only when we are properly motivated, which i don't see yet. what the fuck does it take to galvanize us?

1. I share your sentiment
And I also have doubts as to whether or not the Bush regime will allow a peaceful transfer of power when the people vote against him in November.

2. I don't know...they are stealing elections, the media is sold
How do we get our representatives to pay attention to us rather than monied interests? It will take something that hits Americans hard--but what would that be when everybody's desensitized by worm eating, lies, propoganda, incessant violence and nudity.

7. Yep, not sure how to get their attention.
Apparently people voting for third parties annoys the Big Two, but doesn't really cause them to stop making sucking up $$ from big business their first priority,

3. At the rally Sunday there was a lot of talk about
taking our country back. We physically did that when we marched on the mall and sat in Bush's front yard at the White House, then we went over to the Justice Department.

Having physically "Taken my country back" I recommend it as a antidote.

4. They have successfully used
psy-ops to deprogram the simplest, yet most populace part of the nation to rally against their own interest. The world's only superpower is a misnomer.

5. right, mopaul
Occupation -- which explains why NO outrage committed by the junta can cause a major shift in public opinion as reported by the state media.

We acquiesced in our own occupation in 2000, when it was ratified by the Supreme Court. The "loyal opposition" which should be at work in the two houses of Congress became collaborators at that point.

6. The left's lost the will to get its head cracked.
I mean, I've got room to talk, a middle-aged man with a heart condition, as I don't want to go to jail or worse.

Yet, the left lets itself be meekly herded into...what's that Orwellian term..."protest zones" or "free speech zones" whenever Dubya comes to town, so his highness doesn't have to view dissidents.

It's past time to step out of those "free speech zones".
