Anyone know what news program Stern was talking about here?

"Howard watched a show last night where they did a story about John Kerry and how he threw out some of his medals after coming back from Viet Nam. He said there was an interview talking about what a dispicable person Kerry is for throwing out his medals. There was no opposing view on the show that did the interview. Howard pointed out that John Kerry didn't choose to go to Viet Nam but he did and he fought and saved other men's lives. He went off on this colonel who was bad mouthing Kerry for a short time.

Howard was also pointing out that George Bush wasn't fighting over in Viet Nam and he's no leader like John Kerry is. He talked about this show he watched and how sick it made him. He talked about how Bush was asked if he spoke to his father about some of the problems they might have when they went into Iraq and Bush says that his father is not the right man to talk to about that stuff. He spoke to a 'higher' power instead. Howard said that the guy is a moron and a dummy. He was talking to himself about that stuff when he asked the higher power."

It could've been the ABC evening news from Monday. They had tearful veterans dissing Kerry with only a much shorter, less emotional defense of Kerry from Max Cleland.

... but it could have been any news program, lately.
