Repubs(freeps/neocons) dissing Kerry over his cash?
WTF?

Is this Alice in Wonderland?

It is common knowledge, far and wide, that the Bush Family is one of the richest in the country.

I don't get it......

1. I thought part of their script is that Democrats hate wealth

How do they even reconcile their conflicting lies?

On edit: Did you see Jon Stewart on this last night, with a picture of Bush as a poor little match girl a la Dickens, prior to Andover and Yale? Hilarious.

3. I know, but when have they ever had a problem with cognitive dissonance?
One guy at work referred to Kerry's "$1000 haircut" and mocked his ability to relate to the common man. As opposed to Bush?!?!?

5. Contradictory ideas
I don't know how they hold all these contradictions, lies and distortions straight in their heads.

4. it's all they got...
they can't say that BushCO is doing a good job in Iraq, or in the U.S. for that matter either...so they go after Kerry and tear his character down...

They cannot praise their man on anything so they are going after Kerry...typical...

7. They Need To Give Up Their Cash

If they are opposed to having too much money why don't they all
give back their tax cuts.
If I'm not mistaken this is the Cabinet that has more wealth then any other.
Tell Condi to give up her extra perks for having the oil tanker named for her.
Tell GWB and family to give up all their oil money that they STOLE
Tell Chaney to give up his Halliburton $$'s and tell his wife to give up her money in her FCC Rated X trash novel.

The Nerve:puke:

9. The hypocrisy of conservatives knows no bounds.

They attack him for being wealthy.

They attack him for being a Vietnam vet.

They claim that Kerry is a war criminal while also claiming that war crimes didn't take place in Vietnam.

They attack him for having an SUV while attacking environmentalists for opposing SUVs.

They attack him for not being under the thumb of the Pope while in 1960 they attacked JFK because he was a Catholic and therefor had to be under the thumb of the pope.

They attack him for votes against some military expenditures while Cheney, when Sec. of Defense, favored far greater cuts in the military budget then those supported by Kerry, Congressional Democrats or Congressional Republicans.

As usual, it's nothing but smear tactics with these blithering idiots.....

11. The common man-got a forwarded email yesterday about Kerry's
4 houses. The idea of the email was that Kerry doesn't represent the common man. The problem was that the guy who sent is rich-he and his wife both work in very well-paying jobs, live in an expensive, large house on a couple of acres in a gated community. The question back to him was "And YOU relate because YOU are the common man?"

12. the only times neocons and repugs dislike wealth
is when a Democrat has it

or when a bushgang critic is acquiring it by selling a book that tells the truth

At all other times, wealth is the supreme measure of a person.
