2. What's incredible is that 10%
think our image is better in the Arab world! Imagine the drugs they are taking to make reality disappear like that! Sigh.

13. Maybe the "better" image
is as a tough, ass-kickin' bully; the scarier and crazier we appear to be, the more "respect" we get. They'd still have to be in denial about our losing the damn war, but that's probly not much of a stretch for some of them.

3. There's no WAY
Bush should be over 20% approval right now. For all the talk about drip drip drip and stuff, our message is simply not getting through. The fact that his approval % is OVER 5% is astounding to me.

I don't know, personally, a single person who likes Bush or thinks he's doing a good job. Either they're polling in East Bumscratch, Mississippi ONLY or all the polling people are getting paid to keep *'s numbers just around 45%-45%.

Either way, I just can't believe after all he's done to our country that his approval could possibly be that high. Astounding.

Keep the pressure on! I'd like to see a dip into the 20's by August at the latest....

6. They don't like Bush but are voting Bush anyways- anti-Kerry ads working
If he ran out of money - he'd be dead meat. There's a lot of gullible people out there - who believe the b.s. spewing from their tvs.

5. and then when Bush hits the low 30s...
When his approval rating hits the lows 30s and I actually start to get excited, they defrost the carbonite prison that is now encasing Osama and those WMD that are now being planted in Iraq are dug up the weekend before the election (too late to verify if they are real...but, makes a great Monday morning headline!)

7. I'm not concerned over inflated numbers right now
Keep the chimp* in the forties to avoid complacency. It is shocking though that there are people who think the American image has improved with this debacle.

11. There are those people who supported the war because
they think a show of strength is always a good thing...whether or not it is justified.

14. Yes, heard on Dennis Miller last night
He made some sort of statement that the Iraq war proved that America is not a power to be trifled with....and gained applause for that.

Of course in a previous statement he also stated that he DID think Saddam had a role in 911 and of course the WMD would be found someday.......this was refuting a statement made by a guest that basically said the US went in unprovoked in an illegal and unjust invasion.

I was channel surfing when I noticed the little exchange. His show is not something that I watch. I don't like him.

10.  when the total number of brain dead
military hidden away in hospitals in Germany,
Walter Reed and other hospitals is released,
* will be in the negative numbers.

So why are the reporters not asking for the
total number of brain dead?

along with the total number of blind, number
of missing arms, legs, or parts thereof?

Why does the asshole media think they are
exempt from dying via "terroist" attack?

12. One thing that keeps appearing over and over and over again
I was delighted yesterday to see this poll but there is something that is always so frustrating in poll after poll. Here he took a hit from just a couple weeks ago (when we were sure all numbers would plummet but they basically got stronger). The people will start pissing on his "handling the war", "approval rating", "should we have gone to Iraq in the first place", blah, blah. And then they are asked "will you vote for him in November?"; and staying right around the same "half of voters" they say "HELL, YES, BABY"---That, my friends, is an indication of the serious stonewall we are up against. "Baby, Bush is really a dope BUT I'd rather vote for bin Laden then a Dem; OR Bush is really a dope BUT he's OUR dope and we have to support our DOPE (no you don't, you stupid dopes---stop getting beat over the head and get rid of the guy who's beating you). It's like we are a nation of abused wives........
