Iraqi prisoners have MORE rights then American Prisoners

At least here the FBI is not rounding up the reporters for publishing this story

Remember it is against the Law according to the Patriot Act II to even disclose ANY AND ALL INFORMATION concerning those arrested under the provisions of that law.

Patriot Act II where they can arrest, try, convict, and imprison any one they want and it is entirely illegal for the media to print one word about it. Pretty scary when you consider the statements by Frederick (one of the soldiers arrested in the recent torture episode) He stated "Military intelligence has encouraged and told us 'Great job.' "

So don’t feel too bad for these Iraqis… At least the story is getting out in the media

My understanding is they have trailering portions of this bill into various other bills. Also posted here lately the ACLU has gone to court to ask permission to release information it is defending a case which falls under the Patriot Act II secrecy provisions
