Might give anyone but Scalia second thoughts about their decision on "enemy combatants" and their rights.

3. I remember one of the arguments against habeas corpus was...
that prisoners get a hearing in the field by capturing troops and therefore don't need to see a judge. I shit you not.

5. Hopefully Congress will get a chance to see, too, before . . .
they pass any more USA Patriot Act type nonsense. It would be nice if some of the presidential candidates came out and said that the pix caused them regret their vote to pass this horrible law. It would be even nicer if some of the candidates came out in favor of getting the US back to being subject to international war crimes courts. Maybe that Democrat guy will take me up on these challenges. That would be nice.
