I doubt there will be a terrorist strike in this country........
at least not another MIHOP or LIHOP strike. It would send a message that Bush can't do his job (as if we didn't already know).

That's not saying that any terrorist with half a mind doesn't realize this fact.....and wants Bush out of office, too. And I don't blame them--Bush is a killer without a conscience. But, that doesn't mean that he deserves anyone's vote. After all, it will cost just as much, if not more, to elect someone who sends our young men and women off to war, in terms of lost American lives, as a terrorist attack would. The former is a sure thing; the latter is not.

And, by the way, I will say AGAIN: The terrorist strike on Spain did NOTHING in terms of changing their vote. You don't change the majority of voter's minds in just a couple of weeks. The Spanish electorate was already sick of the chickenhawks in their government; and they were ready to employ diplomacy. It is time the US did the same thing; and we will look like winners, instead of losers, if we get Bush out of office, all by ourselves.

1. But, if the Repubs lose ...
... a terrorist strike could give the power-hungry thugs an excuse to declare martial law and make the election null and void. Very Rovian.

2. Dont take big bets on no attack - the terrorists are totally nuts- they
don;t care if he is elected or not elected. They want chaos and to destroy the west. remember the kids who wilded in the WTO incident
in Seattle. There was no reason for that. Just for the joy of destroying. You've got the same thing here but worst, much worse.

3. terror no use, cuz media no report it... unless useful to BFEE!
the media is most powerful political entity in world, and it's either uncontrolled or onside with the enemy.
agent provacateur actions are historically so prevalent when a noble cause (ie: anti globalization) is being advocated that suspicions first should be the latin term for 'who benefits'? from resulting mayhem.....
so far, bushinc and the corporate murder biz only real winners....
And mass media hurries to swallow whole and then SELL patent nonsense (for example, 2000 election, the lone gunman theory, kal 007 'strayed' 300 miles off course, bush's twins were busted for drinking, frist the cat torturer named house majority leader)....etc
Bushinc's biggest ally is forgetfulness...
