Why can't we recall Bush???

Does anybody know...

There is a petition here?

Perhaps it would take longer and more $$ and energy then just focusing on the next election?

2. There is no law for the recall of a President,

however, since this administration doesn't have much respect for laws anyway, why shouldn't we pressure him anyway we can. I signed the petition already some time ago. I don't know if the people offering it are doing anything with it at this time.

Recalling elected officials, inclduing governors, is included in the CA constitution for CA officials, but not in the US constitution for federal officials.
