Guantanamo?
A chilling thought crosses my mind as the horror of the Iraqi POW reality sinks in. I've heard little coming out of the Gitmo Bay, particularly since, IIRC, the detainees there are in a no-mans-land legal status with little in the way of rights.

There's no one in Gitmo to report back to us. They could do whatever they want to those people and no one would ever know. :scared:

All except Kucinich, of course, whose near isolated voice of opposition seems to have been utterly eclipsed by the silently complicit in both parties. You'd think that in all that silence Kucinch would be able to be heard....

on edit-- no intent to threadjack-- I'm just outraged that Gitmo has been allowed to fester virtually unremarked upon for so long.
