Should the Abu Ghraib abusers be registered as sex offenders upon their release back to civilian life?

4. Yes, if and when convicted
We may not like their mission, but even they deserve a fair trial. Once convicted, then yes, LIST THEM.

6. Yes, yes,yes...
you don't go on the list unless convicted.

And you have to go on the list when you are convicted.

7. Perhaps
They should be tried under military courts and IF convicted turned over to an international tribual for war crimes.

10. tough question
Even though the courts have decided otherwise, I believe Megan's laws to be unconstitutional, and also dangerous because that they encourage a false sense of security that we can identify people who commit sexual offenses and that everyone else is safe.

On the other hand, as long we're stuck with the laws, everyone who commits such crimes (even at the direction of - or with the implicit approval of - the U.S. government should not be subject to their reach.

Who knows, perhaps it will serve the dual purposes of discouraging individuals faced with clearly illegal orders from following them AND eliminating the laws (since the folks responsible for their implementation certainly never intended them to be used in circumstances such as these).

12. I know its wrong to laugh
But that "woman" is so heinous and looks so stupid I can't help it. She reminds me of "Shooter" from Happy Gilmore after he would make a putt.
