I'm not sure what it is, but the DoD appears to be here: http://www.defenselink.mil/

As of now, on the Patriot poll, 69/100 harmful, 31/100 helpful.

Apparently Cheney figured out how to cast multiple votes.

5. I'm sorry, you're right.
I did a Google search on the DoD's history and ended up there. I guess the official seal and all had me fooled. I should pay closer attention; my bad.
