How can Haliburton get 7 billion dollars of work without any bidding?

We as Democrats are sleeping, we need to take to the streets.....

Or maybe because Vice President Cheney was CEO of Haliburton before taking office and knows that when he leaves office he'll get a nice bonus from Haliburton for all the contracts he gave them.

Well, let's see, hmmm Dickless Cheney was formerly CEO, Oh but now that he's getting "deferred compensation" of an up to a mil and holding 8 mil in stock options, Hmmm let's think about that,shall we. Oh and what about the Carlyle Group, you know owns a subsidiary(1of164)United Defense makes the bradley, Papa Bush is a consulting liason.

A large number of people on here don't even have one iota of comprehension of what Halliburton is. Wow, it's really unfortunate because then they would understand the true crime with this war.

I think that's wonderful! Please enlighten the masses because I get the sense they either don't know or don't care or both. In addition, I'm looking for more info the nasty little privately held buzzards are really hard to track.
