Apparently, many people in the Bush Administration don't read.
Not just George...General Meyers and Rummy don't take well to reading either. Imagine, these two people have not read the Iraq abuse report...Rummy admitted today that he had not even completely read the "Executive Summary". He said he had read the conclusions and he excused himself from not having read the complete report because it was full of footnotes and legal citations. He said that! He also said that he had not seen the pictures because they "couldn't get copies". MY DEAR GOD HELP US AND DELIVER US FROM THESE INCOMPETENTS.

What could possibly be the reason or motive for not reading this report??? I just don't get it!

5. Yup, runs in the family...but why?
Why not read it. What possible good could it do these people not to have read this report?

I don't believe these people when they say they haven't read things.

My take is if something is in the recent past or present, they haven't read it yet; if something is in the distant past, they "don't recall"

In other words, they lie about what's really going on.

8. Is it possible that they say they haven't read it because
there are more instances of abuse cited in the report and they don't want to have to disclose them? Something really smells about this...worse than the usual stench.

10. I keep telling you, they need an Under Secretary of Classics Illustrated..
A small literate staff reads the PDBs and then creates Classic Comics of the news.

11. They don't want to get any bad news or info that counters their opinions
... That way they won't read after the election in November that Bush was defeated in both the popular vote and electoral college.
