Is there some flack going on about Kerry's ability to tie his necktie?

I saw a reference on another site to John Kerry not tying his necktie, and how this would supposedly make him unqualified for public office. What's the background on this fresh hell?

I dunno the source, it just came up in a conversation on another (multipartisan) forum. This was the phrase in question:

"Well, I see nobody has voted that John Kerry will learn how to tie a tie.. I guess he's hopeless. How can you expect to be the leader of a country when you can't even do something simple like learn how to tie a tie?"

But in other news... we've handed back portions of Iraq to Saddam's generals, we are torturing prisoners, and outing CIA operatives in violation of laws invoked by George H Bush.
