This morning Brian Lamb read a story about Air America
didn't get the gist (I was getting dressed), but he flashed a huge picture of Al Franken on the screen.

Anyone know what it was about?

2. It was about top people resigning...
And financial troubles. The article was from The Drudge Report (remember, it's Brian Lamb Friday). If there's bad news about Air America, conservatives will gleefully tell us all about it.

3. Two of their top execs apparently resigned
They also supposedly witheld paychecks to staff.

Drudge has it in big type, and was an article in the Chicago Tribune.

Doesn't sound good.

Nothing on Air America website. I'm rooting for Air America, but they can;t act like the Kremlin (or Bush) and leave its listeners in the dark.

6. If this is true, then there will be no opposing voice in America
and we are going to be screwed

10. Oh, Mr. Soros! Where are you, Mr. Soros?
Air America could use a little "investement" until it can get on it's feet.

11. Wasn't there a plan?
Seems unbelievable that there weren't funds invested to carry the network for at least 6-12 months while it gained a footing and some advertising revenue.

Very strange....

13. That's what I was wondering, too
Business 101 says that you don't start a new venture without enough capital to get you through the first 6 months or year. I though I read somewhere that they had cash to last 2 years.
