Rumsfeld Resign or Bring Our Troops Home: What's The Best Demand?

I think it's time to bring our troops home now.

I really can't see any justification for keeping our soldiers in Iraq.

And if anyone who considers themself to be a liberal or progressive still believes we should not "cut and run" from Iraq I suggest they should tell the soldiers and their loved ones that they think the GI's should not be brought home.

But, what do others think.

I wish the demonstrators at the Senate hearing had held up a banner proclaiming: "Support Our Troops, Bring Them Home!" and shouted "bring our GI's home now". Now that would have been really powerful.

I hope Whistle Ass keeps Rummy. He's a liability. Besides, getting the troops home is more important than what happens to this war criminal.

it's still our f'n mess. ASK for help from UN, but WE as AMERICANS bear the blame for this IDIOT in the white house.

It's not our mess. Most of us on Democratic Underground were opposed to the invasion of Iraq in the first place!

However, if you favored the invasion and favor the continued occupation you may take the blame if you wish along with Bush and company.

How about just favoring bringing all of our GI's home now and not blaming yourself for this mess?
