One Republican wants pictures of mass graves and Saddam's atocities
to be shown also. OK, I'll go with that so long as we also show the mass graves that resulted from Desert Storm and the atrocities of 2,000 lb bombs dropping on civilians.

4. No, Inhofe. totally despicable. On Tweety, he appeared with
Nelson and (Inhofe) said that raping teenagers was OK because of what we were trying to achieve in Iraq.

2. So He's Admitting That We're Now on the Same Level as Saddam?
"Well, Saddam did it too! The Iraqi's deserve no less than what they're used too!"

5. OK. Show them.
But unless this person just wants to make Saddam the standard by which America compares itself, it won't matter. (We're not as bad as Saddam!") ...yeah, ok...that's some motto

What Saddam did in no way changes what American troops did.

6. Sure thing!
And since Inhofe's making comparisons of moral relativism, put up a few Vietnam and WWII photos in the montage. I was almost short a TV when he said those things...luckily my foot stopped short of the tube. LOL

7. When did Saddam Hussein become our moral compass?
Shouldn't our measuring stick be the best American ideals, rather than, "we're not as bad as Saddam"???

8. How about the graves of those Poppy let Saddam slaughter
when he (Poppy) called on them to rebel and then offered no support when they did?

Can we show them?

9. Yeah and don't forget to display the picture of Rummy
shaking hands with Saddam in December of 1983. Also, don't forget to remind everyone how the Reagan Administration gave Saddam chemical weapons, removed Irag from the list of countries supporting terrorism, and restored diplomatic relations with them. Don't forget to remind everyone how King George I (Shrub's daddy) forged closer relations with Saddam until he invaded our gas station (Kuwait) in 1990.

Where was all the love for the Iraqi people then?

11. They should be shown
After all, we did support this guy with plenty of money when we knew he was torturing and murdering. The pictures should have a note at the bottom explaining how our tax dollars helped pay for the torture.

It wasn't until he attacked Kuwait that he became an enemy of the U.S.

12. stupid man
I'll show you mine, if you show me yours. :eyes:

Republicans--no wonder they have few ethics and morals that are lacking in intensity--they insist upon justifying unjust practices and destroying the image of the US as a just and fair country filled with people who are generous and accepting, and one that does much good. No--all they care about is justifying the war crimes of a less than intellligent man whom they backed, who is suffering from religious delusions, and who was not elected and who is now , as he enters a campaign to be honestly elected we hope, is being proven the village idiot whose policies are responsible for the deaths of thousands---thousands he murdered because he lied--They are desperate and will do and say anything no matter how stupid and illogical--well maybe their constituents are stupid and illogical so that is what they understand.
