I say he was used as a scapegoat..............................

they knew about him all along, if you read the report, he was captured then release then captured then release and finally captured again on April 9th, now that tells me they had a plan for him all the time. Poor man trying to earn a living.

2. No one is innocent.

The soldiers, the "leaders" the mercs...they all knew what they were getting into. I respect the soldiers, but they get no more sympathy from me than the Iraqi citizens who want us out of their country.
