The FCC laws are against indecency, one definition is anything prurient or sexual in nature.

When NBC showed Shindler's List, they could show the nudity because it was almost like a documentary. When TLC, etc show their childbirh specials, we see a woman's perineum. I mean, you can't get much more explicit than that!

Besides, aren't they fuzzing out the Iraqis sexual organs?

For the record, I think all the fuss about Janet's boob is much ado about nothing.
