Another poster pointed this out in a thread in LBN. I haven't seen this discussed yet. Perhaps I've missed it, there's been alot of discussion about the video.

Now, if you're making a video, and you claim to be a particular person - would it make any sense to wear a MASK so that no one could see your face and confirm that you are who you claim to be?

I read it earlier this morning on a thread here and can't find it now. Translator questions tape: assassins say they're Jordanian but she says they don't have a Jordanian accent...in fact, Arabic sounds like speaker's second language; mispronounces al qaeda. Clothes don't look authentic, either. Hoax designed to distract attention from torture scandal.
