Everyone knows these are the quotes but where exactly do they come from? I need links to the actual stories as the quotes aren't good enough for the imbecile I'm arguing with. To be fair I would ask the same of him. I've searched the archives here and googled but all I can find are the quotes with no source. Can anyone help?

But here is where it is derived from.

I'm more worried about making sure that our soldiers are well supplied, that the strategy is clear, that the coalition is strong, that when we find enemy bunched up, like we did in Shah-e-Kot mountains, that the military has all the support it needs to go in and do the job, which they did.

The last three could be considered "partisan" (on OUR side); something I generally avoid citing when I'm in an adversarial situation. But that's all I could find for the second quote. Perhaps I'm being too "gentlemanly".
