This is an ad for a job in the Lakeland Ledger:

Telemarketers needed for fund raising for military personal in Iraq. F/T or P/T 25% commission.


Can some one explain something to me: the troops are not getting enough food, water, shoes, creams for insect bites, chemicals to keep the bugs from biting. Where is that billion dollars a week going? Straight to Haliburton? If the people in this country knew what was going on, they would lynch the republicans.

you can bet that the call center is making 50% or better (over and above the 25%) . . . sounds like a classic ripoff to me . . .

3. Trouble is
they don't. Republicans keep sidestepping every issue. Repubs are just dismissing this as lefty conspiracy theory agenda. It's unfortuate because if there was a forum to connect the dots they and Carlyle Group subsidiary (1 of 164, some now in s. korea,oh surprise)United Defense would be toasted.
