Can I sue Gov. Zell Miller?
I don't know much about law, but I have endured undo stress and emotional trauma over the past few years since voting for Zell Miller, who pretended to be a loyal Democrat in the 2000 elections. Can I sue him for running for office under false pretenses?

Zell Miller Blasts Fellow Democrat Kerry - 05-15-2004

Sen. Zell Miller, the Bush campaign's most famous Democratic attack dog, ripped into John Kerry Saturday as an "out-of-touch, ultraliberal from Taxachusetts" in a speech before Georgia Republicans.

1. if you could sue for someone being full of shit
why not go after someone much larger, like Bush? He's probably caused you more emotional duress than Miller anyway.

2. I didn't vote for Bush...
I hate what Bush has done to this country and the world, but I go to sleep at night knowing that I had absolutely nothing to do with him being (s)elected.

3. Zell is off the deep end...
...I'm just hoping he's on stage with Bush one day and says something like "damned queers" or uses the n-word or something similiarly inflammatory. Then the Republicans will turn on him and try, laughingly, to use him as an example of "democrat hypocrisy" and everyone will go "huh?" He's a misbegotten sad shill shell of a senator. He can't leave the public eye soon enough. Him, Koch, and a few choice others, can take a cruise on the good ship "Straight to Hell".
