Where to, George? Elba or St Helena?
When Mr Kerry marches triumphantly into Washington in January, I hope * will be taken a way in chains and an orange jumpsuit. Following a swift trial by jury, America has the opportunity to show the world how seriously we take crimes against humanity, and send a message to all scumbag warmongerers. Now, guillotining an elected official might be bad for morale, so exile will be the choice. Elba and St Helena are too far away and not our property. I recommend Plum Island, an experimental lab off the NE coast of Long Island. Perfect place for vermin such as *.

Now for appointed officials like Ballandcheney, Scumsfeld, Colonoscopowell and Condasleeza: exile is too good for them. Set up a chopping block in front of the reflecting pool and let the cameras and heads roll.

8. That actually looks like a nice place.
Don't send him there. He'll consider it a victory.

Plum Island is already infected. It won't notice another disease.

I think this is the one PragMantisT was suggesting:

http://www.ars.usda.gov/plum/

The one who's webstie boasts: "Not once in our nearly 50 years of operation has an animal pathogen escaped from the island."

Isolated in the Pacfic, southwest of Hawaii. Department of Defense controlls it. There's a facility to destroy chemical munitions. Perfect for shrub to "retire" to....

19. Isle de Skull & Boner
There is such an island, Deer Island in the St. Lawrence River.

Lets open it up to the public, sell tickets with profits to benefit the hungry and homeless, and put pResident Smirk and his BushCo Gang into glass houses on the island.

23. Looks Like Paraguay For The Lot Of 'Em
I suspect that a lot of the Runnin' Dubya Posse indictables will have to try their luck at holing up in Paraguay. It's not like these guys have as many choices as even poor William Jefferson Clinton would have had if the Far Right had been able to concoct some trumped-up charges to persecute him. The Runnin' Dubya Posse indictables have made a lot of enemies in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and I'm sure that many governments would be more than willing to gleefully allow them to be extradited and face prosecution by a Kerry Administration Department of Justice.

I don't think that Paraguay has an extradition treaty with the US. Cuba doesn't either, but then, the Runnin' Dubya Posse burned that bridge while catering to the CANF. They'd probably have to go to Paraguay and forget about warm, sunny beaches.

Gosh-A-Rooney, now isn't that a crying shame?

Breaking rocks on Mars.
Sharing a length of chain with a large pig, wending their way through the alleyways of Kabul or perhaps Khost.
