US Military Seen in Berg Film?

This site claims that someone in US military wearing a cap can be seen in the Berg video!

However, I just found a still on another site, and you can see that it's actually a FINGER, and that it appears that the person is holding ANOTHER camera...it looks like a video camera above his finger.

It appears that this camera is khaki colored...

Can anybody identify this type of camera?? I wonder if it is a military issue.

Perhaps some of the soldiers involved in the prison abuse could help to identify it.
