I think I know what the hurry for June 30th is ! Of course you do too !

They have to have that June 30th deadline met....Because all the attention of the Saddam trial starts right then.. Blowing off any bump from the convention plus about one month before OUR election the Iraqi people will celebrate Saddam's guilt brought about by them thanks Bush's war. Who agrees? And is this the Oct. surprise?

since taking office. They would have plenty had they planned and implemented Positive Programs. Rather, they went for the Oil, Power, and laziness. Now that their contract comes up for renewal... they are scambling to find ways to enhance their job performance...Too little, too late... They have nothing but spin(BS) to show us. America is awash in Negativity because thats all the Bushies gave us... Bad News. Neg begets Neg. Its gone Ebolaesque.

Kerry will give us GOOD NEWS, and that we can take to the Bank.

6. Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA)

Bush desperately wants a government in Iraq that he can grant us this SOFA. This will remove the "occupying power" helm from our military forces and make us seem "welcomed" and "legitimate".

Big plus for going into November.
