A Desperately Needed Study: Federalist "judges" presiding over Federalist
cases, defendants & plaintiffs.

Now, we all KNOW that the members of the Federalist Societ are not judges in the strictest sense of the word...or in ANY sense of the word.

We KNOW that Sentelle is a crook who decides based on what his Masters Require. We KNOW that crooked shitpile Larry Silberman has helkped to corrupt DOZENS of cases by deciding not based on law and precedent, but bases on what the Masters Who's Boots he Licks want, including letting felon Ollie North off.

And let us not forget that Fat Tony Scalia, that Mafioso who belongs next to the Head of the Nazi Judiciary inthe history books, got his start throwing cases for his Capo de Tutti Capi.

We know where that lead, the Bloodless Coup 2000 and the End of the Old Republic.

So here's the study: What amount of time was a "positive" decision was rendered when a Federalist judge sat on a case involving Federalist Plaintiffs or defendants. Also they should check to see if there HAS EVER BEEN A SITUATION in which a Federalist judge sat on a case between two Federalists?

I'm guessing not, though it is pssible random chance has made one or two of those undoubtedly uncomfortable sitautaion for the Bushevik Federalist "judge" sweating over which verdict is likely to get him in less trouble.

Also, given the fact that Imperial Amerika is as predictable now as the Old Soviet Union, I fell 99% comfortable in making the following guess.

The number of times a Federalist "judge" (yeah right) rendered a positive verdict for a Federalist plaintiff or defendant IS AT LEAST 80%. AT LEAST!

It would be nice if a study could be performed to confirm the obvious. Plus it would make the news.

Fellow DUers! Please keep this thread kicked. DU Law School professors and Think-Tank Lawyers! If somehow you could generate this study, you would be doing a GREAT SERVICE to the Old American Republic! You could look your grandchildren in the eye and say 'You live free today partially because of what I did to expose the Tyrants and Liars whop wanted you to grow up an ignorant, Virtual Slave.'

I'd be proud as hell if I earned the right to say THAT to my grandkids.

GO TO IT, DU lawyers! Let's get it done!
