Check out this glaring factual error on FAUXnews.com
It's a piece from the Nader/Green playbook - Bush & Kerry are pretty much the same, you know.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,120407,00.html

For all their complaints against John Ashcroft’s Justice Department, civil libertarians might keep in mind that the last Democrat in the White House gave us Janet Reno. It’s difficult to see how the same attorney general who gave us Waco and Ruby Ridge would show any more deference to civil liberties in a post-Sept. 11 America than John Ashcroft has.

BZZZT! Ruby Ridge happened in 1992. And if I recall correctly, Bill Clinton wasn't sworn in until January of 1993. That would make it darn near impossible for Janet Reno to have given us Ruby Ridge.

3. C'mon you kow faux is right
It must have been cause Bill Clinton was elected. . .oh wait that wasn't til Novemeber

Maybe it was because Clinton was running for office that ruby ridge happened. . .yea that must be it.

I did a quick search at google and found this site at the top:

http://www.boogieonline.com/revolution/firearms/enforce/rubyridge/

What I find WEIRD is that the list of the deceased is in this order:
". . .killing Randy Weaver's dog, son and wife. "

Okay, I love my dog too--but isn't the order backward?

4. to be fair this is an opinion piece.
I can see a number of other flaws as well.

Opinionists are allowed to shade the truth; perhaps they shouldn't be, but they are. Look at Novak.

5. To be fair, true.
But even an opinionist must quote basic facts correctly. There can be a little spin over some details, but not under which presidency a certain event took place!

6. bzzt wrong!
it's not shading, it's stating as FACT something that isn't true.

That's a lie.

A lie is not part of an opinion, it stands alone.

10. This is the exact same thing...
That made a white supremacy group send me an information packet.

The connection between the two is that I'm in Tulsa, and one of our senators, Don Nickel, said the same thing in the late 1990s, and I sent a letter to the editor that was published, correcting him and chiding him not to do some basic fact checking before he tries to play politics, or he'll come off looking stupid.

A week later, I got a manila envelope from the group (based in nearby Catoosa) which included their quarterly newsletter with a couple notes in the margins for me along the lines of, "I bet you voted for Clinton too!" and "You probably want to take away our guns!" They included some other things like a nice flyer that informed me that the white woman was the most endangered species on the planet.

I soon learned that their group (can't remember what it was) is considered the losers of the white supremacy movement by other members of said movement, and they're mainly a bunch of bubbas who like to shoot beer cans in the woods while dreaming of riding the coattails of the coming race war.

I wanted to send them a multi-cultural Xmas gift later that year - Menorrah, some good Mexican salsa, some Wasabi nuts from the Asian food market, etc., but I had lost their address.

11. Ha ha ha
FAUX has since corrected it.

And to be completely fair, didn't Waco happen only a month or so after Reno was sworn in as AG?

Just want to make sure I've got things straight: Clinton & Reno deserve full blame for Waco, which happened just a couple of months into Clinton's presidency, but Boy Wonder Bush gets a pass on 9/11?
