Even after serving his "jail" term...he is still trying to wriggle out of responsibility for killing someone...what a class A jerk!

You can't actually be shocked that yet another Repuke, the so-called "responsibility" party, is attempting to wriggle out of taking any responsibility for his actions, in this case, a man's death. Janklow is amoral and wants to be able to run for office again one day. He can't do that with a criminal conviction.

6. What does he really hope to get?
His driver's lisence back? He got nothing. He has already served the 100 days - he isn't getting those back. He already has the ability to wipe this off his record if he stays out of trouble. Don't get that too often when you are in your 60's - maybe when you are 16. He should just shut the fuck up.
